RickEncyclopedia 1.0.3.7 — updates 20× lighter
The encyclopedia downloads only what changed — about 20 MB instead of 374. False mod requirements fixed. 11,525 mods in the database.

⚡️ Updates are dozens of times lighter
Any database update used to mean downloading the whole thing — almost 400 MB, even if a hundred mods had changed. Now the encyclopedia downloads only what changed: about 20 MB instead of 374 this time. The app updates in pieces too: a few megabytes instead of the whole archive. If the connection drops, the update resumes where it stopped. Everything downloaded is still checked against our signature.
🛡 Requirements no longer point at someone else’s patch or translation
A player installed five The Old Realms mods, and the launcher suggested disabling three of them: supposedly they required the Real Army patch or the French patch. The mod page simply said “needs The Old Realms”, and the encyclopedia found those words in brackets in the patch’s title. We fixed that and rechecked every requirement in the database. Other errors turned up:
- 25 mods “required” the Russian translation of MCM instead of MCM itself;
- about twenty more pointed at someone else’s translation instead of the original;
- game launchers are no longer listed among mod requirements.
🔁 A mod no longer “requires itself”
Settlement Interactions showed a red triangle: “needs Settlement Interactions, which is not enabled”. The cause was a typo in a folder name in an old re-upload of the mod. Fixed, along with 13 more links that pointed to old mod names.
🌍 Translations no longer pose as the mod itself
18 pages that only hold translation files became separate translation cards. Among them the Turkish one for Improved Garrisons and Polish ones for MCM, RTS Camera and Dismemberment Plus. They no longer appear under “Where to download” as the mod itself.
